1. Content & Recording Policy

Recording, photographing, or capturing video/audio of the short film or any part of the screening is strictly prohibited.
Use of mobile phones, cameras, or recording devices inside the cinema hall during the screening is not allowed. Violation may result in removal from the premises without refund.

2. Ticket Booking & Entry

  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or confirmed booking.
  • Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Visitors are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before showtime.

3. Visitor Conduct

Mahakal Cinemas is a spiritual theater. Visitors are expected to maintain decorum, silence, and respect during the screening.
Any disruptive behavior may lead to denial of entry or removal from the hall.

4. Show Timings & Changes

Show timings are subject to change due to operational or technical reasons. Mahakal Cinemas reserves the right to reschedule or cancel shows if required.

5. Safety & Belongings

Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Mahakal Cinemas is not liable for loss or damage of personal items inside the premises.

6. Intellectual Property

All film content, visuals, audio, and branding displayed at Mahakal Cinemas are the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form.

7. Right to Admission

Mahakal Cinemas reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any visitor who violates these terms or disrupts the experience of others.
